He is a Certified Cicerone, an instructor at SDSU’s Business of Craft Beer, and the Craft Beer Ambassador for Stone Brewery. Bill has teamed up with the ladies at So Rich! Chocolates to teach you how to pair craft beer and chocolate like a pro.

Every brewery at the festival is there because they participated in the San Diego International Beer Competition earlier this Spring. The awards ceremony is the main event where the Best of Show is announced and top winning breweries are awarded.
