With over 8,000 festival attendees in 3 days, the San Diego International Beer Festival is the perfect opportunity to meet beer lovers and industry professionals. See our participating vendors. Vendor spaces are limited and do sell out. Applications will be reviewed and you will receive an invitation to participate.


Booth Space Includes

  • One (1) 10′ x 10′ booth space for all five sessions of the SDIBF to promote and sell your beer-related merchandise or service. Pop ups are not allowed.
  • One (1) 8′ table and two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) Festival tasting wristbands
  • Ten (10) vendor passes valid for all five sessions (three days) of the San Diego County Fair and San Diego International Beer Festival admission (no tasting wristbands)
  • One (1) parking pass
  • Opportunity to promote your product or company on our Festival stage
  • Promotion through our social media channels

Premium Booth Space Includes

  • One (1) 10′ x 10′ booth space for all five sessions of the SDIBF to promote and sell your beer-related merchandise or service
  • One (1) 8′ table and two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) Festival tasting wristbands
  • Twenty (20) vendor passes valid for all five sessions (three days) of the San Diego County Fair and San Diego International Beer Festival admission (no tasting wristbands)
  • Two (2) parking pass
  • Opportunity to promote your product or company on our Festival stage
  • Promotion through our social media channels

Important Information

  • Booth must be staffed all 5 festival sessions
  • Booth tear down will take place an hour after the last festival session ends
  • Vendors may only sell during Festival hours
  • All booths must provide proof of insurance, listing the 22nd District Agricultural Association as an additional insured for SDIBF and proof of workers compensation within one month of purchasing a booth. If preferred, insurance is available for purchase for approximately $22.
  • No stickers, glassware, e-cigs or balloons permitted
  • All SDIBF vendors must sell beer-related and approved merchandise
  • All festival booth payments are non-refundable once a vendor is approved

Vendor Booth

This booth is available to all companies and breweries that want to sell beer-related products. You’ll have a 10×10 space inside the Festival to promote yourselves, and are encouraged to bring festival décor and signage. Pipe and black drape will be provided behind your booth. Pop ups are not allowed.

Brewery Promotional Booth

This booth is available to all breweries participating in the 2018 San Diego International Beer Competition. You’ll have a 10×10 space inside the Festival to promote yourselves, and are encouraged to bring festival décor and signage. Selling is not allowed in this booth. Pipe and black drape will be provided behind your booth. Pop ups are not allowed.

Premium Booth

Premium Booths for the 2018 San Diego International Beer Festival are sold out.

A limited number of Premium Booths will be available to all vendors and to breweries participating in the 2018 San Diego International Beer Competition. These spaces have been selected based on the areas with the highest festival traffic and are available to both festival breweries and vendors on a first come basis. Premium booths also include, Ten (10) additionally vendor passes, and (1) additional parking pass.

Booth Add-ons

  • Vendor Pass: $15 each, valid for Fair and GA Festival admission all five sessions of the Festival (this is not a beer tasting wristband)
  • Parking Pass: $30 each, valid for parking all five sessions of the Festival
  • Booth Electricity (up 20 amps): $150 for all five sessions of the Festival
